Fortran for Students is a not-for-credit seminar series offered by CMMAP
researchers.
Many top cloud and climate models are written in the FORTRAN programming
language. We found that quite a few incoming students in all facets of
Atmospheric Science lack FORTRAN knowledge and find they need it in their
graduate program.
On the Cutting Edge is a project which helps those in the geosciences stay
up-to-date with both geoscience research and teaching methods.
Ten Secrets to Giving a Good Scientific Talk are tips provided by UCAR
including how to organize your material and a list of Do's and Don't's by
Mark Schoeberl and Brian Toon.
