CMMAP Summer Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Overview of the program
During the summers of 2007-2015, CMMAP offered paid summer undergraduate
research internships at Colorado State University. Interns participated in a 10
week program from June through early August. Interns joined world-class
atmospheric scientists investigating the science of clouds, climate and climate
change, weather, and modeling. They had the opportunity to attend scientific
seminars, visit National Scientific Laboratories, and participate in a variety
of professional development training.
2015 marked CMMAP's last internship program with CMMAP in it's last year as a
Science and Technology Center. However, this program is continuing through the
support of the National Science Foundation and
ESMEI, the
Earth System Modeling and Education Institute.
